Display numerical data in plots on a number line

What you'll learn

1. Construct a **dot plot** from a small numerical data set, with every value placed correctly on the number line.
2. Construct a **histogram** from a numerical data set by choosing equal-width bins, tallying counts, and drawing bars whose heights represent counts.
3. Compute the **five-number summary** (minimum, Q1, median, Q3, maximum) of a data set and use it to construct a **box plot**.
4. Read center, spread, and shape from each plot type.
5. Choose the most informative plot type for a given data set, given the size of the data set and the question being investigated.
