Apply all four operations fluently to integers, fractions, and decimals, including negative values
Solve multistep real-world problems by sequencing multiple operations with rational numbers
Interpret the sign and magnitude of an answer in context, checking whether the result is reasonable
Convert between fractions, decimals, and mixed numbers as needed to perform operations efficiently
